When do I get paid?
We calculate bonuses from the 1st of one month to midnight of the last day of the same month. All checks are mailed within 15 business days after the last day of every month
How long does it take to sign up?
The sign-up process takes just a couple of minutes -- and there are no long surveys or endless forms to fill out. In just a couple of minutes you can be signed up and access our Affiliate Resource Center where you'll find all the info you need to get started.
How do I sign up?
Just go to our application form. Within minutes of submitting it, you'll receive a Welcome Package, explaining how to get up and running immediately.
How will you keep track of the clients coming from my site?
It's easy! When you sign up as a Marketing Affiliate, you will be assigned a unique identification number. This unique identification number is used in every URL that you use to link to the eCreditAttorney.com web site.
Plus, in all the "Copy & Paste" e-mail promotions, classified ads, banner ads, text links, pop ups, etc. that we provide you with to promote eCreditAttorney.com, we have already added your unique affiliate identification number. (We want to make things as easy as possible for you!)
When your visitor first comes to our site, we'll tag them with a "cookie" that includes your affiliate number. So if someone visits eCreditAttorney.com through your link to our site and does not retain our services right away -- but returns within three years to purchase one of our eligible products -- you will still get credit for that sale and earn your bonus!

How much will I be paid when someone retains your services?
In addition to the Guaranteed Monthly Fee we pay you each month just for placing our links on your site, we have a comprehensive performance bonus system. If a visitor from your site clicks through on one of your links to eCreditAttorney.com and retains our services you will receive a performance bonus of $25.00.
Additionally, if a visitor clicks through to eCreditAttorney.com from a link on one of your sub-affiliates web sites, you will receive a performance bonus of $10.00 (The sub-affiliate from whom the visitor actually came from will also receive a performance bonus of $25.00).
How does the Sub-Affiliate program work?
Our innovative sub-affiliate program allows you to turn potential competitors into an unlimited source of income. The process is actually very easy. When a new marketing affiliate signs up for our Marketing Affiliate Program from the link on your site they become your sub-affiliate.
After they have signed up they are now linked to you as your sub-affiliate.
You will now earn a sub-affiliate performance bonus of $10.00 for every person that retains our services as a result of clicking through your sub-affiliates link to our web-site. You can view a list of your sub-affiliates and the performance bonuses associated with your sub-affiliates in the Marketing Affiliates Resource Center.
How many of my visitors that I send to your site can I expect to end up retaining your services?
As you probably already know, conversion rates depend on many factors. On average, most eCreditAttorney.com marketing affiliates earn a performance bonus for every 95 to 115 visitors they send to eCreditAttorney.com. Some sites that really "perform" see one bonus for every 33 to 36 visitors they refer to us; however, to get this kind of great conversion ratio, a personal recommendation is required to give the added credibility to your promotion. A personal recommendation can increase your bonuses by as much as 416%.

Do I need a credit card merchant account and a secure site to join?
No. That's the beauty of our affiliate program -- we take care of all of the payment processing, secure server technology and even the shopping cart system. All you do is promote our services and cash your checks every month!
Can I receive my bonuses via Pay Pal?
No. All bonuses are paid out in US currency checks and are sent by regular mail. Unfortunately, our current system is not yet equipped to perform electronic transfers or to credit affiliate credit cards directly.
How should I incorporate the eCreditAttorney.com Affiliate Program into my web site?
